Welcome to MSP! Hey! I’m Kate, with my husband Mike and our three kids –and our two dogs– left Canada in spring of 2021 to experience life to its fullest in a world that’s ever changing.

We are a family who chose to live small, stay within what our budget allowed and discover what life on our terms looks like.

I know we have had our fair share of challenging times and want to share how I have made the hard, not feel so rough.

Are you struggling to make ends meet?

Is the weekly trip to the grocery store feeling harder to keep on budget?

Trying to stay positive even when it feels like this tough season will never end?

From grocery tips, to budgeting to inspiration to keep you seeing the light at the end of this season, I will help you through it.

Here you will find tips, guidance, support, recipes and even listen to others stories about how they have struggled to make some major life changes and have come out the other side!

I’ve got you! All you have to do is…
